COVID-19 Response

We are happy to announce that as of June 30th 2021, we will be offering a choice between curbside and in-office appointments. Our management is watching the CDC guidelines closely and we will follow all recommendations as the government releases them.

For in-office appointments, please adhere to these guidelines:

  • Please call or text our main number (303-234-1549), or knock on the front doors when you arrive for your pet’s appointment.
  • When the technician is ready, you will be escorted to one of our exam rooms. We ask that you remain in the exam room for the duration of the appointment. Our technicians will handle payment in the exam room once the appointment is completed and then escort you and your pet back to the door. 
  • All clients are required to wear a face covering while inside the building. If you do not have a face covering, you will be asked to have a curbside appointment or reschedule. We will continue to require face coverings due to the inability of our staff to social distance with clients inside the exam rooms.
  • Transactions will be handled in the exam rooms using our portable card reader or over the phone. We are currently accepting cash but urge our clients to use cards that can be sanitized if possible.

  • All clients are required to wear a face covering when interacting with our staff. Technicians and doctors will be coming to your car to speak with you about your pet. If you would prefer a phone conversation, please let the receptionists know when checking in for your appointment.
  • We ask that clients remove their own pets from their cars and hand them to our technicians. All cats must be in carriers and dogs must have secure collars and leashes attached.
  • Transactions can be handled in your car using our portable card reader or over the phone. We are currently accepting cash but urge our clients to use cards that can be sanitized if possible.
